Field Research

September 27th, 2008 . by admin

Interview questionnaires, mail questionnaires, and telephone questionnaires would be the three means of conducting field research. Each would provide the researcher with current up-to date data of the present environment.

The field research would constitute the investigation results which would illustrate the state of affairs in the researched area at that present point in time.

The investigation results would then be analysed in order to detect any underlining trends present in the environment. Comparisons would be made with other relevant information in order to determine deviances from an established norm.

It is anticipated that any problems within the researched area would be apparent at this stage. Conclusions are then drawn from the analysis outlining the main issues found to be present in the data.

The important issues from the conclusions would be given recommendations as to how the situation could be improved and/or how any existing problems could be alleviated.

The implementation stage of the research involves, if possible, the anticipated costs, methods, problems, etc. associated in carrying out the recommendations and in making them successful.
